NEED A CONSULT: If you are a new client with previously coloured or chemically processed hair

NO NEED FOR A CONSULT: If you have virgin (all natural hair) or you are an existing client with your most recent colour service with our team.

Deposits

​

Deposits are required to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your service. 

​

Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been made.

Rescheduling or Cancellation?

​

We understand things can come up. Please let us know within 4 days of your appointment and we can find another suitable date. 

​

If rescheduling/ cancelling within 4 days of your appointment, unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.
